I Just stepped on a rose, That made my heart poignant. I Just stepped on a rose, That hasn’t lost it’s crimson red on its placid petals. I Just stepped on a rose, That is born to die from my ignorant feet. I Just stepped on a rose, Beheading it’s valor and beauty. I Just stepped on a rose, That was put to death with out it’s Will. I just squeezed the throat of a crimson red rose, That was waiting to reach it’s destiny. May my feet find a way to pay back the crimson red rose And let the world not witness more such catastrophes, Where ignorant, beautiful and maudlin forms of life, die in vain and pain.
